About Ken Scott

Ken Scott is a dedicated Senior Project Manager and with +30 years of construction experience in all phases and levels of construction including land development and construction administration and management.

25 years of construction team management experience as a business owner and salaried Project Manager/Superintendent, including management of design professionals, in-house personnel, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Ken is an expert strategist and problem solver capable of melding investor driven goals, local government zoning and development regulations, and construction codes to translate them into efficient design, best used material options, and easily understood building methods.
